Temperature

We keep our heat tolerances exact when pouring to maximize the metals mechanical strength

When pouring centrifugal castings we monitor the temperature of the molten alloy with industrial infrared thermometers. This insures that the optimum melting temperature is maintained.

Time and Centrifugal Force

We monitor closely the time and centrifugal force used during the casting process

For centrifugal casting it is essential to use the proper speeds and feeds. Depending on the size of the casting and the alloy composition; a set time and amount of force is proprietorially selected

Chemistry

Our chemistry insures wearability, chemical and corrosion resistant properties

We supply in house proprietary alloys available for unique customer needs. In addition we manufacture industry standard alloys and specification required alloys.
